I’m passionate about nourishing life with great exercise, healthy eating and nurturing the mind. Growing up in the countryside my heart belongs outside with nature. I love my garden, especially when I grown my own dinner!

I have a background in dance and spent years working overseas for the outdoor sports industry, never missing the chance for a bit of surfing, snowboarding, kayaking, hiking, tree climbing….

I teach my children to forage, explore, run, jump, swim, dance… and most importantly to listen to their bodies and minds.

With a couple of decades under my belt as movement educator, Pilates teacher and Sports Therapist and am currently finishing my studies as a Nutritionist. For me these things work in harmony, if we nourish our bodies from this inside out, with good exercise and healthy eating, we give ourselves the best chance for a long, happy and healthy life.
